INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING |
The purpose is the management and registration for the training courses of the Navarra Tourism Training Plan, as well as the sending of the corresponding information. Preparation of statistics, studies, reports, or opinions directly related to the competencies and objectives of the General Directorate of Tourism. |

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING |
The legal basis for processing is established in Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR, exercising public powers by the Administration in accordance with the provisions and activities provided in Foral Law 7/2003, of February 14, on Tourism in the Foral Community of Navarra and its implementing regulations. |

CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA |
The inability of the managing body to process applications for enrollment in courses and, consequently, to proceed with their admission. |

SOURCE OF DATA |
The identifying data, contact information, socioeconomic data, and, where applicable, employment activity data, are mainly obtained through those provided with the application, as well as those generated during the administrative relationship and those that are essential for proper management to be collected from other public or private administrations and organizations. |

DATA RECIPIENTS |
The data will be transferred to the entities responsible for delivering and managing the offered courses so that they can organize and provide them. Furthermore, the data may be transferred to Public Administrations, authorities, and Public Organizations. |

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER |
No international transfer of personal data is planned. |

No automated individual decision-making is planned.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing for which they were collected and to determine possible liabilities. The provisions of the regulations on archives and documentation will apply. |
